We are so excited to host our very first HIUC art camp! We will be teaching and challenging your little one on how to reveal their God-given talents and show how unique THEIR art can truly be ! We will create 6 different masterpieces all to be available for pick up at the end of day 3!

FAQ:

What does my artist need to bring each day?

⁃ A snack will be provided every day but if your child is a thirsty one, you are more than welcome to let them bring a water bottle to refill at the facility. 

⁃ We are becoming artists, and in that process we can get messy! It comes with the territory. I HIGHLY encourage you to dress your child in clothes that can sustain a paint stain. I will have aprons available but there is always the chance, so don’t chance it! 

⁃ Day 2, as long as weather permits, we will have an outside activity. Please have your child bring a towel to sit on during this activity. Again, something you are willing to get dirty! 

Who will be with my artist each day?

Our owner, Ashley, will be at present the entire camp. Ashley has a background as an emergency room nurse and also as a cheerleading coach to teams of 20+ Littles. One of Ashley’s assistants will also be present with her, due to scheduling this might be a different assistant in the two camps. Assistants will be CPR certified prior to starting camp. 

What if I need to cancel or change my camp week?

⁃ HIUC Cancellation and Refund Policy: Camp spaces must be canceled 7 days before the first day of camp. Cancellations will receive an art camp credit that can be used towards future DK classes or camps. Cancellations, no shows, and missed classes are non-refundable; however, artists will receive the materials that they would complete during camp.

What if my little artists are in two different age groups, can they attend together?

⁃ We absolutely want to make this work for your family! Simply send us a message and let’s figure out the best camp for your family!

 How many artists will be participating during each camp?

Each week of camp will have approximately 18 -20 attending in each class. HIUC has the right to cancel a camp If a camp has less than 10 registered artists; however, HIUC will reach out to those families to work to combine those artists into another week.
